Why did the customer contact us?

During a few weeks with very heavy rains, Carols found water coming into his crawlspace from one corner. Their home had a lower grading than the home behind them and he thought that the water from that was contributing to his problem. Carlos had a french drain outside the home but found it wasn't enough to stop water coming into his crawlspace during heavy rains.

Solutions provided:

BRS Pros offered a crawlspace repair option that included a water drainage system. We installed a crawlspace Hyrda-Channel drainage system that connected to a Pro-Series Sump Pump. The crawlspace was then encapsulated. All the piers in the crawlspace were wrapped and the ground and walls were lined with white 100% woven reinforced liner. The crawlspace was also made RADON READY where radon piping was installed underneath the liner. BRS Pros also installed a commercial-grade Aprilaire 1820 Dehumidifier. To finish it off a hygrometer remote humidity sensor was mounted in the crawlspace so that the homeowner can monitor their crawlspace humidity levels from inside their home. It was a pleasure making Carlos' crawlspace happy and healthy.
